About Me

Mathieu Séguin is a canadian cinematographer. His work varies from commercials, to documentaries, to cinema but all have a common goal of telling a story through vivid imagery. Aside from knowing the technical and logistical aspect of a production, Mathieu understands the art of lighting and uses it as his paintbrush.

His films have played internationally through various film festivals. His most recent short film entitled “Jenna” premiered at the HOF International Film Festival in Germany and has garnered over a dozen awards all over Europe. In addition, his indie feature entitled “The Savage Tales of Frank MacGuffin” is now available on the iTunes store.

Mathieu is now graduating from the Amercian Film Institute (AFI) with a Masters in cinematography and ready to collaborate!
